and I’m happy you’re here. I’d like to get to know you, but first, I’m sure you want to know about me. I’m a perfectly imperfect human on a similar journey as you. I’m a creative writing, coffee drinking, flower growing, indie film watching, work-in-progress wife-ing, frisbee-throwing dog mom. I’m also an empath, and a highly sensitive person. These traits help me form strong connections with people because I easily feel what others are feeling.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are wanting relief from symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and complex trauma, primarily in young adults who have experienced emotional abuse. I write about these topics on my blog, where you can learn more about various forms of trauma.
